For skin types 1-5, our Fractional Laser ( Er:YAG ) has the ability to penetrate deeply into the skin’s surface, various degrees of acne scarring and hyperpigmentation can be treated. The depth and type of scarring will be factors in how effective the treatment is. Also ideal for treating the signs of aging on the face, fractional resurfacing can make a difference in the appearance of fine lines and wrinkles, uneven skin tone, texture, and large pores. Using our Er:YAG hand piece we can effectively treat both the epidermis and dermis skin layers. It’s commonly used to minimize the appearance of stretch marks on the breasts, stomach, thighs and arms. It’s important to note that the fractional laser will work best on newer stretch marks.
